超临界流体CO_2萃取白花前胡中的香豆素类成分

摘  要:
以白花前胡甲素为指标依次用单因素试验和正交设计法考察CO2流量、萃取压力、时间、温度等对萃取率的影响,确立白花前胡中香豆素类成分的超临界流体CO2萃取工艺。结果表明,影响萃取率的主要因素依次为:萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间和动态流量,最佳萃取条件:萃取温度60℃,萃取压力35 Mpa,萃取时间60 min,动态流量2 kg/h。超临界流体CO2适于萃取白花前胡中香豆素类化合物。

摘  要:
The effect of CO2 flow,extraction pressure,time,temperature on extraction rate of Praeruptorin A was studied by using single factor tests and orthogonal design to establish the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid chromatography extraction technology of coumarin components from Peucedanum praeruptorum.The results showed that main factors affecting extraction rate were temperature,followed by extraction pressure,time and CO2 flow,and the optimum extraction conditions were 60℃,35Mpa,60min and 2kg/h.The supercritical carbon dioxide fluid chromatography extraction method can be used in extraction of coumarin components from Peucedanum praeruptorum.
