乡村振兴战略的三产融合路径:逻辑必然与实证判定

摘  要：
本文对农村三产融合必然性和可行性作理论解释和实证判定,分析了三产融合的应然性。分析表明,由于规模经济和范围经济作用,加法效应和乘法效应能促成农村一二三产业的"工序性融合"和"结构性融合",从而实现利益的再分配,使产业振兴成为可能。实证研究表明,农村三产融合度不高、提升缓慢与农村二三产业发展水平滞后有关。但总体来说融合水平呈上升走势,有进一步融合的动力。农村三产融合既有理论支持又有实践基础,是乡村振兴的必然和可行路径。

摘  要：
Rural three industries integration can become a feasible path for rural revitalization,which requires theoretical explanation and empirical verification.This paper makes a theoretical explanation and empirical judgment on the inevitability and possibility of the integration of rural three industries,and analyzes the necessity of the integration of it.This research shows that because of the economies of scale and scope,the addition effects and multiplication effects can contribute to the "process integration" and "structural integration" of three industries in the rural areas,it is possible to realize the redistribution of interests and revitalize countryside.The empirical research shows that the convergence Level of three industries in rural areas is not high,and increases slowly,which is related to the lag of the development of the second industry and the third industry in rural areas.But in general,it is on the rise and has impetus for further integration.Integration of three industries in rural areas has both theoretical support and practice foundation,it's inevitable and feasible path of rural revitalization.
