大花蕙兰疫病病原鉴定及防治药剂筛选

摘  要:
对福州地区感病大花蕙兰疫病的病原菌进行鉴定并进行接种试验,采用菌丝生长速率法测定7种药剂对该病菌的抑制效果。试验结果表明:大花蕙兰疫病的病原为棕榈疫霉;大花蕙兰新叶和受伤的老叶易感病,接种后的发病率为100.0%和53.3%,无刺伤的老叶则不发病;高浓度的四霉素和烯酰吗啉对病原菌的抑制效果最好,平均抑菌率达到95.0%以上,各药剂的抑菌效果随着稀释浓度的升高而下降。

摘  要:
In this paper,pathogen identification and inoculation experiment of cymbidium blight were carried out. Inhibition effect of seven chemicals on cymbidium blight was studied by mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that the pathogen of cymbidium blight was Phytophthora palmivora. Tender and wounded old leaves were infected easily. Infection rate after inoculation were 100. 0% for young leaves and 53. 3% for old ones,respectively. Old leaves without wound showed no infection. High concentration tetramycin and dimethomorph had good inhibition effects on pathogen,showed over 95. 0% of inhibition rate. All tested chemicals had downward trend of controlling efficacy with increasing diluted concentration.
