饲粮非植酸磷水平对肉鸭生长性能和消化功能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮非植酸磷(NPP)水平对肉鸭生长性能和消化功能的影响。选取768只平均体重相近的1日龄樱桃谷肉公鸭,随机分为6个组,每组8个重复,每个重复16只鸭。各组饲粮NPP水平分别为0. 24%、0. 34%、0. 44%、0. 54%、0. 64%和0. 74%,钙水平均为1.00%,NPP以磷酸氢钙形式添加。试验期为35 d。结果表明:1)0.54%组肉鸭1~14日龄、15~35日龄平均日增重(ADG)和采食量(FI)均显著高于0.34%组(P<0.05),0.54%组肉鸭1~14日龄料重比(F/G)显著低于0.34%组(P<0.05)。2)0.54%、0.64%组肉鸭胰腺绝对重量显著高于0.34%、0.74%组(P<0.05),0.34%组肉鸭肌胃绝对重量显著低于0.44%、0.54%、0.64%组(P<0.05)。0.34%组肉鸭肝脏相对重量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),0.64%组肉鸭肌胃相对重量显著高于0.74%组(P<0.05)。3)0.74%组肉鸭空肠绝对重量显著高于0.34%组(P<0.05),0.64%组肉鸭回肠绝对重量显著高于0.34%组(P<0.05)。0.44%组肉鸭十二指肠相对重量显著低于0.34%组(P <0. 05)。0. 64%组肉鸭十二指肠绝对长度显著高于0. 44%组(P <0. 05)。0.34%组十二指肠、空肠、回肠相对长度均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。4)0.44%组十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。0.34%组肉鸭十二指肠、回肠隐窝深度显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),0.64%组肉鸭空肠隐窝深度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。0.44%组肉鸭十二指肠、回肠绒隐比显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),0.44%、0.54%组空肠绒隐比显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。5)0.44%组肉鸭胰腺淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。0.34%组肉鸭十二指肠黏膜中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著高于0.44%、0.74%组(P <0.05),0.34%组肉鸭空肠黏膜中AKP活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),0.44%组肉鸭回肠黏膜中麦芽糖酶活性显著高于0.34%、0.54%组(P<0.05)。6)0.54%组肉鸭总能、干物质和粗蛋白质表观消化率显著高于0.34%组(P<0.05),0.54%、0.74%组肉鸭粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于0.34%组(P<0.05),0.34%、0.44%组肉鸭钙表观消化率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),0.34%组肉鸭总磷表观消化率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮NPP水平为0.54%时肉鸭生长性能最佳,且适宜的饲粮NPP水平能通过改善肉鸭消化器官指数、肠道形态及增强消化酶活性来改善肉鸭的消化功能和提高肉鸭对营养物质的消化吸收。

摘  要:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary non-phytate phosphorus(NPP)level on growth performance and digestive function of meat ducks. A total of 768 one-day-old male Cherry Valley male ducks with similar average body weight were randomly allotted into 6 groups with 8 replicates per group and 16 ducks per replicate. Dietary NPP levels of six groups were 0.24%,0.34%,0.44%,0.54%,0.64% and 0.74%,respectively,and the dietary calcium level was all 1.00%,the NPP was added in the form of calcium hydrogen phosphate. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)and feed intake(FI)of ducks during 1 to 14 days of age and 15 to 35 days of age of0.54% group were significantly higher than those of 0.34% group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)of ducks during 1 to 14 days of age of 0.54% group was significantly lower than that of 0.34% group(P<0.05). 2)The pancreas absolute weight of ducks of 0.54% and 0.64% groups was significantly higher than that of 0.34% and 0.74% group(P<0.05),and the muscular stomach absolute weight of ducks of 0.34%group was significantly lower than that of 0.44%,0.54% and 0.64% groups(P<0.05). The liver relative weight of ducks of 0.34% group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the muscular stomach relative weight of ducks of 0.64% group was significantly higher than that of 0.74% group(P<0.05). 3)The jejunum absolute weight of ducks of 0.74% group was significantly higher than that of 0.34%group(P<0.05),and the ileum absolute weight of ducks of 0.64% group was significantly higher than that of0.34% group(P<0.05). The duodenum relative weight of ducks of 0.44% group was significantly lower than that of 0.34% group(P<0.05). The duodenum absolute length of ducks of 0.64% group was significantly higher than that of 0.44% group(P<0.05). The relative length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of ducks of0.34% group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). 4)The villus height of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of ducks of 0.44% group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The crypt depth of duodenum and ileum of ducks of 0.34% group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the crypt depth of jejunum of ducks of 0.64% group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). The villus height to crypt depth of duodenum and ileum of ducks of 0.44% group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the villus height to crypt depth of jejunum of ducks of 0.44% and 0.54% groups was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05). 5)The activities of amylase and trypsin in pancreas of ducks of 0.44% group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05). The duodenal mucosa alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity of ducks of 0.34% group was significantly higher than that of 0.44% and 0.74% groups(P<0.05),the jejunal mucosa AKP activity of ducks of0.34% group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the ileal mucosa maltase activity of ducks of 0.44% group was significantly higher than that of 0.34% and 0.54% groups(P<0.05). 6)The apparent digestibilities of energy,dry matter and crude protein of ducks of 0. 54% group were significantly higher than those of 0.34% group(P<0.05),the ether extract apparent digestibility of ducks of 0.54% and0.74% groups was significantly higher than that of 0.34% group(P<0.05),the calcium apparent digestibility of ducks of 0.34% and 0.44% groups was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and the total phosphorus apparent digestibility of ducks of 0.34% group was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05). In conclusion,when the dietary NPP level is 0.54%,the growth performance is the best,and the appropriate dietary NPP level can enhance digestive function and increase digestion and absorption of nutrients by improving digestive organ index,intestinal morphology and promote digestive enzyme activity of meat ducks.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(1):206-214]
