从榴莲蜜上截获三带实蝇

摘 要：
凭祥海关从越南进境旅客携带的榴莲蜜上截获1种实蝇幼虫,利用成虫形态特征和分子特征进行鉴定。结果表明:该虫成虫中胸侧板条伸达肩胛;翅上具有沿bm-cu脉、r-m脉与dm-cu脉以及穿过M脉端部的3条横向条纹;bc室深色;COI基因序列分析表明该实蝇幼虫的序列与GenBank和BOLD Systems中的B. umbrosa序列相似性达99%～100%;基于COI序列的系统发育树分析表明与B. umbrosa聚在同一个分枝上。结合形态和分子鉴定结果,将其鉴定为三带实蝇(Bactrocera umbrosa Fabricius)。这是我国口岸首次从榴莲蜜上截获该虫。

摘 要：
Larvae of Bactrocera sp. were intercepted from champedak carried by a Viet Nam passenger at Pingxiang port. Identification was performed based on morphological characters of rearing adults from larvae and molecular information. The morphological characteristics of adults were mainly as follows:anepisternal stripe to postpronotal lobe;wing with 3 transverse crossbands,which were along crossvein bm-cu,crossveins r-m and dm-cu,and the apical part of M;cell bc coloured. The sequence of mitochonodrial cytochrome coxidase I(COI) genes had high genetic similarity(99%-100%) with the relevant sequences of B. umbrosa in GenBank and BOLD Systems. Phylogenetic trees based on COI sequence showed that branches of the sample and B. umbrosa were clustered together. According to the morphological and molecular characters,they were identified as Bactrocera umbrosa Fabricius. This is the first report that B.umbrosa was intercepted from champedak in China ports.
