诱导子对黄芩悬浮细胞系的影响

摘  要:
采用植物细胞悬浮培养技术研究了2种诱导子对黄芩悬浮细胞系的影响。结果表明:酵母提取物(YE)和水杨酸(SA)对黄芩悬浮细胞的生长没有促进作用。低浓度(0.1g/L)YE处理较长时间(10d、15d)或高浓度(0.5g/L和1.0g/L)YE处理较短时间(6d)对总黄芩甙提高都有促进作用,其中0.5g/L的YE促进效果最明显。SA在培养初期或后期加入对黄芩甙的胞外释放和总黄芩甙的积累都具有显著的促进作用。

摘  要:
Effects of 2 elicitors on cell suspension cultures of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were investigated by plant cell suspension technology.It Showed that yeast extract(YE)and salicylic scid(SA)had no facilitation on the growth of sus- pension cells of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.YE at low concentration(0.1g/L)for long time(10d、15d)or at high concentration(0.5g/L and 1.0g/L)for short time(6d)had positive effects on the total yields of haicalin and YE at 0.5g/ L was the best choice.SA when added at early or late culture period also had positive effects on the outside release and the total yields of baicalin in cell suspension cultures.
