SNP浸种对NaCl胁迫下桑树种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
为探明硝普钠(SNP)对桑树种子耐盐能力的影响,以杂交桑种子为试材,研究不同时间和不同浓度SNP浸种对NaCl胁迫下桑树种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,SNP浓度0.1 mmol/L浸种24 h处理对盐胁迫缓解效果最好,高浓度SNP浸种反而抑制桑树种子萌发和幼苗生长。

摘  要:
To illustrate the effect of sodium nitroprusside(SNP) on salt tolerance of mulberry seeds, different soaking time and concentrations of SNP on seed germination and seedling growth of hybrid mulberry under NaCl stress were studied. The results showed that the best effect on relieving salt stress was obtained with seeds soaked in 0.1 mmol/L SNP for 24 h, and the seed germination and seedling growth of mulberry were inhibited when seeds were soaked in SNP with high concentration.
