公益林建设应注意的问题和坚持的原则

文章结合当前林业生态工程阐述了公益林建设中应注意的问题和须坚持的原则。强调指出公益林建设要坚持生态系统的恢复和构建 ,要以原生生态系统为模式进行规划设计和建设。建议各地区的生态建设要搞好总体规划 ,要强调社区民众自觉参与 ,要协调好有关部门相关项目的工作。

摘  要：
Combined with present forestry ecological engineering,problems and principles paid attention and insisted in construction of public welfare foresthave been discussed in this paper. Construction of public welfare forest should insist on recovery and development of ecological system and make designing,planning and construction by taking original ecological system as the model.The author suggests that overall planning should be done in construction of ecologi- cal construction,social people should join in conscientiously,and work of concerned branches related to projects should be well coordinated.
