基于PRO/E与Ansys的步行爬坡机的参数化设计

摘  要:
介绍一种新型步行爬坡机。利用PRO/E软件为设计工具,创建步行机的结构模型,进行干涉实验。应用Ansys软件进行三维运动仿真,试制了步行机的样机,并进行了试验研究。试验表明:该步行机具有体积小、耗油量小、结构简单、行走稳定并能上下35坡度等特点,具有良好的应用前景。

摘  要:
The paper introduced a new Walking Climbing Machine. The structure model of the Walking Machine was created and the dynamic interference was checked by using PRO/E. 3-D dynamic simulation of the Walking Machine with Ansys after design. The prototype was manufactured and tested. The experiment shows that the Walking Machine has small size,small petrol consumption,simple structure,stable and able to walk up and down the slope of 35. It boasts a good application prospect.
