摘要：

基于当前安徽乡镇农业技术推广体系存在技术推广条件落后、技术推广组织不健全、管理体制不顺、运行机制不活、技术推广经费缺乏、推广理念陈旧等问题,针对乡镇农业技术推广面临的服务对象、服务目标、服务内容和推广队伍变化带来的新挑战,提出进一步加强乡镇农业技术推广的对策建议。

摘要：

Because poor technology extension,unsound technology extension organization,imperfect management system and nonflexible operation mechanism and lack of funds,obsolete popularizing idea,etc.existed in agricultural technology extension system of Anhui towns and villages,therefore,aiming at the problems in service objects,service targets,service contents and new challenges brought by extension teams change,finally,the policies and countermeasures for enhancing the popularization of agricultural technology of Anhui towns and villages were put forward.
