摘 要：
介绍人字齿橡胶辊的用途、加工要点及包胶工艺,结合人字齿轮的加工方法制定橡胶辊人字齿的展成加工方法。试验结果表明:该加工方法适用于橡胶辊的加工,所加工的橡胶辊在割草压扁机上试验结果满意。

摘 要：
This paper explains the purpose, processing points and encapsulation technology of herringbone gear rubber roller, and eaxmines the rubber roller herringbone gear machining method combined with the processing method of herringbone gear making. The test results show that the processing method is suitable for rubber roller processing, the processed rubber roller was tested in haybine, and the result is satisfactory.
