摘 要:
In order to develop clinically safe and efficient herbals for healthy poultry farming industry the effects of a selected herbal formula Qijiazhu San( QJZS) were investigated on serum hemolysin levels and antibody producing cells( APC) in immunosuppressive mice. Furthermore, the effects of QJZS on antibody titers to Newcastle Disease( ND) and Infectious Bursal Disease( IBD)in chichens were studied. QJZS elevated the serum hemolysin levels from 55. 892 ± 2. 795 to 72. 209 ± 6. 680( P < 0. 01) and the antibody producing cells( in A_(413)value) from 0. 416 ± 0. 038 to 1. 071 ± 0. 232( P < 0. 01) in immunosuppressive mice. Results of the chichen immunization studies revealed that the antibody titers to ND vaccine was enhanced from 4 Log2 on day 14 to 7 Log2 on day 42( P < 0. 05). The anbodies to IBD was also up- regulated from 2 Log10 to 3. 5 Log10 post- herbals( P < 0. 05). The results suggest an elevation influence of the herbal QJZS on the vaccination.
