基于ANSYS的锅炉声波吹灰器自由振动的模态分析

摘  要:
以声波吹灰器为研究对象,阐述了声波吹灰器的组成部分及结构设计。以ANSYS有限元分析软件为研究基础,采用模态分析法对声波吹灰器做自由振动的结构的固有频率和振型做了研究分析,得到了其固有频率及振型图。结果表明,通过ANSYS的仿真求解,可快速高效地计算出声波吹灰器的固有频率,通过振型图可更直观地观察在振动过程中的位移变形,针对声波吹灰器的实际应用和生产制造具有很好的实效性和经济性。

摘  要:
Taking sonic soot blower as the research object, the components and structural design of sonic soot blower are described. Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the structure with free vibration of the sonic soot blower are analyzed by modal analysis method, and the natural frequencies and mode shapes are obtained. The results show that the natural frequencies of the sonic soot blower can be calculated quickly and efficiently by ANSYS. The displacement and deformation of the sonic soot blower can be observed more intuitively by the vibration mode diagram. The actual application and production of the sonic soot blower have good effectiveness and economy.
