不同林分下多花黄精播种育苗研究

摘  要:
对不同林分下多花黄精种子播种萌发出苗研究,有利于充分利用林下空间,促进多花黄精产业转型升级发展,同时也能突破种苗供应瓶颈,保护原生种质资源。本文开展了不同林分下多花黄精种子播种育苗研究。结果表明,在不同林分下,多花黄精出苗数量从高到低顺序为:杉木林、枫香林、毛竹林,平均出苗数量依次为:26株/m~2、13株/m~2、12株/m~2;垦复处理对杉木林下多黄花精出苗量无影响。

摘  要:
Studying the seeding germination of Polygonatum cyrtonema in different forest stands is beneficial to full use of under-forest space and can promote transformation and upgrading of Polygonatum cyrtonema industry and it can break through the seedling supply bottlenecks and protect the native germplasm resources at the same time. In this paper, a study was made on seeding propagation of Polygonatum cyrtonema in different forest stands. The results showed that the order of the forest stands in which the germination number of Polygonatum cyrtonema was from the largest to the smallest was Cunninghamia Lanceolata forest >Liquidambar formosana forest>Phyllostachys pubescens forest, with the mean number of 26/m~2, 13/m~2 and 12/m~2 respectively; in the Cunninghamia Lanceolata stand, reclamation preparation had no effect on the germination number of Polygonatum cyrtonema.
