楸树无性系对楸蠹野螟抗性的研究及评价

摘  要:
研究楸树无性系对梓属重要害虫楸蠹野螟的抗虫性,分析不同楸树无性系对楸蠹野螟抗性的差异,筛选合理的评价指标,初步建立楸树无性系对楸蠹野螟抗性的评价体系。在楸蠹野螟为害期,以排粪孔、虫瘿和羽化孔为主要依据,调查13个1年生和11个2年生楸树无性系的楸蠹野螟为害情况,并测量1年生楸树的株高和胸径,计算楸树的被害率、虫口密度、被害指数、相对生长量影响率和活力系数,并以此为指标评价和分析不同楸树无性系对楸蠹野螟的抗虫性及耐虫性。结果表明,调查的楸树无性系均受楸蠹野螟的为害,属易感品系,且8月和10月被害较重,但不同无性系间的抗性仍存在一定的差异。1年生楸树无性系中,9-1、8-11、1-3和63的虫口密度和被害指数相对较低,抗虫性较强,反之,2-7、19-01、1-4、1-1和5-8抗虫性较差。楸蠹野螟为害对楸树株高生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,但能刺激个别楸树无性系的胸径增长。63的相对生长量影响率最大,耐虫性最差,5-8、1-4和19-01次之;而6-7和2-7的相对胸径和相对株高生长量影响率最低(P<0.05)或较低,耐虫性最好,1-3、1-1和9-1次之。楸树的活力系数在不同无性系间虽有显著差异,但与被害程度无显著相关性。2年生楸树被楸蠹野螟为害较早,但抗虫性较1年生苗木有所提高,7月的被害率和被害指数最低,6月虫口密度最低,这3个指标的最高值多出现在8月和10月。5-8、128、63和4-1的被害水平处于最高或较高水平,对楸蠹野螟的易感性较强,抗虫性较差;反之9-1、2-8和19-27的抗虫性相对较强。8月和10月楸蠹野螟的为害较重,2年生楸树对楸蠹野螟的抗性较1年生有所提高,其中9-1的抗虫性和耐虫性都较强,而5-8的抗虫性和耐虫性都较弱。6月和8月是抗虫性调查的关键时期,被害指数和相对胸径生长影响量可以作为楸树无性系抗虫性和耐虫性评价的主要依据指标。

摘  要:
To study the resistance of different Catalpa clones against Omphis aplagialis,to analyze differences in resistance capability among different Catalpa clones,and to screen out evaluation system of the resistance.Taking the gall hole,eclosion hole and excrement hole as the main damage evidences during damage period,the damage situations occurring in 13 1-year-old and 11 2-year-old C.bungei clones were investigated.The plant height and diameter of 13 1-year-old C.bungei clones were measured.The damage rate,pest population density,damage index,relative growth influence rate and vigor coefficient of C.bungei clones were calculated,by which the insect resistance of different C.bungei clones to O.plagialis were evaluated.Damages caused by O.plagialis were found in all the clones investigated,indicating that C.bungei is a susceptible species to O.plagialis.It was observed that more damages occurred in August and October,differences in resistance existed among the clones.In general,the damage degrees of clone 9-1 and 8-11 in 1-year-old C.bungei clones was significantly lower than those of other clones(P<0.05),and the damage degrees of clone 2-7,19-01 and 1-4 were significantly higher than those of other clones(P<0.05),.The damage degrees of clone 9-1 and 2-8 of 2-year-old C.bungei clones were significantly lower than those of other clones(P<0.05),the damage degrees of 5-8,128 and 4-1 were significantly higher than those of other clones(P<0.05).O.plagialis damage inhibited the growth of plant height in various degrees,and promoted the growth of plant diameter for some clones.According to the relative plant height and plant diameter influence rate,the insect resistance of clone 63 was poorest,followed by clone 5-8,1-4 and 19-01 clone 6-7,2-7,1-3,1-1 and 9-1 were good.There were significant differences in the activity coefficient among the clones,but there was no significant correlation with the population density and the casualty index.Clone 63 and 8-11 were resistant to insects but not resistant to insects.On the contrary,6-7,1-1 and 2-7 have poor insect resistance,but have strong insect resistance.5-8,1-4 and 19-01 have poor insect resistance and insect resistance,while 1-3 and 9-1 have good insect resistance and insect resistance.Different C.bungei clones had different insect resistance and resistance to the O.plagialis,the O.plagialis can stimulate the growth of plant diameter to some extent,the insect resistance and resistance of C.bungei clones to the O.plagialis were evaluated by damage index and relative plant diameter growth rate.
