割草压扁机人字齿橡胶压扁辊的加工方法

摘  要:
针对现有人字齿橡胶压扁辊加工成本高、可靠性低、在苜蓿收获作业过程中压扁效果不良等问题,为降低制造成本,提高割草压扁机的经济实用性,提出了一种人字齿橡胶压扁辊的加工方法.介绍了人字齿橡胶辊的用途及组成,研究分析了压扁辊的加工方法并制定了加工工艺.样机试制结果证明试验的加工方法工艺合理、加工周期短、加工成本低,适用于各种割草压扁机的人字齿橡胶压扁辊的单件或小批量加工.将加工出的压扁辊应用于前悬挂割草压扁机上进行田间牧草收获试验,结果表明:人字齿橡胶压扁辊质量可靠、压扁试验效果好,压扁率最高可达到94.8%,符合牧草收获的农艺要求.

摘  要:
In view of the existing herringbone gear rubber roll processing of high cost,low reliability,undesirable flattening effects in alfalfa harvest operations,and in order to reduce the manufacturing cost,thereby improving the economic practicality mower machine,aprocessing method of herringbone gear rubber roll was proposed.The paper introduced the purpose of herringbone gear rubber roller and composition,researched and analyzed the processing method of roll and established its processing technology.Prototype trial results showed that the technology of the processing method was reasonable with short processing cycle and low processing cost.It was applicable to single or small batch production of herringbone gear rubber roll of various mower conditioners.Processed rubber flattening rollers with herringbone gear were applied to the front suspension mower conditioners and forage harvest field test.The test results showed that the herringbone rubber rolls owned reliable quality and good flattening effects,the tallest crushing ratio could reach to 94.8%,which was conformed to the agronomic requirements of forage harvest.
