~(60)Co-γ辐照对思茅松不同家系出苗的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨~(60)Co-γ辐照对思茅松不同家系的影响,对5个思茅松家系进行了4种(0 Gy,50 Gy,100 Gy,150 Gy)辐照剂量处理,结果表明:~(60)Co-γ辐照能延迟思茅松初始出苗时间和结束时间,而且对不同家系的影响一致;随着辐照剂量加大,出苗持续时间变长;50 Gy辐照对思茅松出苗率没有明显的抑制作用,100 Gy和150 Gy辐照处理时,思茅松出苗率明显降低;不同家系思茅松出苗率对辐照的反应趋势一致,但敏感程度存在区别;在辐照影响下,家系千粒重与出苗率正相关;辐照剂量为100 Gy时,千粒重与出苗率显著正相关,相关系数为0.881,说明家系的千粒重越大,受辐照的影响越小。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of ~(60)Co-γ irradiation on different families of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis,four irradiation dose(0 Gy,50 Gy,100 Gy,150 Gy) were treated on 5 families of them.The results showed that the initial and the end emergence time of all families were delayed by irradiation treatment;the emergence duration extended with treated dose increased.Lower irradiation dose(50 Gy) treatment had no abvious inhibition on the emergence rate of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis,but the emergence rate significantly decreased when treated with 100 Gy and 150 Gy.The emergence rate of different families responded the same trend to irradiation,but there was difference in sensitivity.Under the influence of irradiation,the emergence rate was positive correlated to 1 000 grain weight.When the irradiation dose was 100 Gy,1 000 grain weight was significandy positive correlated with the emergence rate and the correlation coefficient was 0.881.It means less irradiation effects on higher grain weight families.
