摘  要：
Recently,a case of illegal distributing and storing frozen pork was investigated. In order to effectively strengthen the responding ability of animal health supervision institution,the key elements were summed up,including providing positive evidence within time limit,providing all legal and valid evidence of administrative actions,and paying full attention to the hearing procedure,etc.
