赣南脐橙主产区柑橘衰退病发病率调查研究

摘  要：
江西赣南是中国脐橙最适宜生长区域之一,目前已成为世界上最大的脐橙集中产区,为了解和探明赣南脐橙主产区柑橘衰退病毒的发生和危害情况,作者通过对赣南脐橙14个主产区柑橘果园进行调查和样品采集,运用直接组织点免疫法(DTBIA)和反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术对采集到的样品进行病毒检测,两种方法检测结果相一致,均发现试验中收集到的1498份柑橘样品中有673份样品携带CTV,感染率达44.9%,研究结果表明赣南脐橙主产区柑橘衰退病毒危害严重,生产上应加大防控力度。

摘  要：
Jiangxi Gannan was one of the most suited region to grow navel oranges,and became the largest orange-producing areas in the world,but the infection rate of Citrus tristeza virus (CTV) of Gannan region were still have been utterly unknown so far.This study collected 1498 citrus samples from 14 major production regions of Gannan ' s navel oranges,of which 673 samples were detected CTV-positive by direct tissue blot immuno-assay (DTBIA) and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR),the infection rate reached 44.9%.The results showed that the citrus tristeza was seriously danger to the production regions of Gannan ' s navel oranges,and it was the necessity for further enhance inspection and quarantine measures to guarantee security of Gannan ' s navel oranges.
