黄土高原区煤矿复垦地乔灌木根区土壤特性研究

摘  要:
采用化学分析、微生物平皿培养,研究了黄土高原区准格尔煤田黑岱沟露天煤矿人工复垦区9种乔灌草不同配置下的土壤0~20cm及20~40cm土层60个土样的土壤性质及微生物的数量与组成。结果表明:①黄土高原区露天煤矿人工复垦区与裸地土壤中仍然生存着数量较多的细菌、放线菌及真菌,其中各类群的数量排序为:细菌>放线菌>真菌;②不同树种下的土壤中细菌、放线菌及真菌数量不同,土壤微生物的数量按灌木林>乔木林排序;③黄土高原"果树人工林-微生物-土壤"生态系统微生物数量大,种类较多,生物活性强,对土壤物质转化及肥力提高有明显作用。在恢复黄土高原植被时应将沙棘作为先锋树种。

摘  要:
The soil properties and microbe quantity and composition of sixty soil samples from the soil layer of 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm under different configuration of nine kinds of arbor,shrub and herb in artificial reclamation area of opencast coal mine of Heidaigou in Zhungeer coalfield in Loess Plateau Area were studied by using chemical analysis and microbial plate culture.①The results indicated that there were still relatively considerable bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi in the soil of plantation and bare lands in the soil of artificial reclamation area and bare land of opencast coal mine of Loess Plateau Area.And the number of various types of groups was in the order of bacteria>actinomycete>fungi.② The quantity of bacteria and actinomycetes and fungi in soil under different tree species.The quantity of microbe in soil was in the order of shrubbery >arbor forest.③ Orchards plantation and microbe and soil ecological system on Loess Plateau had enormous and diversified microbes with strong bioactivity.And it had evident effects on transforming soil materials and increasing fertility,so Hippophae rhamnoides could be used as vanguard trees on recovering the vegetation of Loess Plateau.
