新的抗草甘膦转基因棉花获得的初报

摘  要:
抗除草剂棉花的培育具有重要的农业生产利用价值。以常规棉花材料为受体,对转化受体的愈伤和幼苗进行草甘膦抗性浓度梯度的筛选试验;在此基础上,利用自主知识产权的草甘膦基因进行多抗草甘膦转化试验,获得了具有草甘膦抗性的棉花再生植株。PCR检测结果表明,该基因已被成功转入棉花受体基因组中。该研究结果可为后续抗草甘膦棉花的选育研究提供必要的新种质资源。

摘  要:
The cultivation of herbicide-resistant cotton has an important use value in agricultural production.In this study,the resistant callus and seedling of conventional cotton were tested under different glyphosate concentration gradient.We obtained the transgenic cotton lines of glyphosate-resistant through transformation of a new glyphosate-resistant gene.PCR analysis showed that the gene of glyphosate-resistance has been successfully transferred to the recipient genome of cotton.At the mean time,the new germplasm resources could be provided for subsequent glyphosate-resistant cotton breeding research.
