基于多功能经营的森林资源评价

摘要：

基于将乐县国有林场研究区的数据资料,利用主成分分析法,在小班层次水平上分析了11个林分指标因子间的相关性。综合研究区生态环境的特征和福建省县市域生态功能区划的要求,将研究区的森林主要功能确定为防风固沙、风景游憩、木材生产、水土保持等。同时根据所构建的功能模型计算研究区域内1 039个小班的综合多功能得分F值,将F值标准化后得到评价指标F b值。研究结果表明:森林多功能经营状况划分为优、良、中、差、极差5个等级,各等级所占小班个数依次为2个、17个、53个、241个、726个,其百分比依次为0.19%、1.64%、5.10%、23.20%、69.87%;针对将乐县国有林场的森林多功能经营评价结果符合实际,较理想。研究结果能较精确地定量反映森林生长和多功能经营效益状况,为森林多功能经营提供决策性信息。

摘要：

Based on the studied area data information of state-owned forest form in Jiangle county, the correlations among 11 stand index factors were analyzed by using the principal component analysis and on the hierarchical level of sub-lot. Taking into account the ecoenvironment characteristics of the studied area and the ecological function zoning requirements of counties and cities domain in Fujian province, the studied area's forests primary functions were determined as the aspects of windbreak and sand f ixation, scenery recreation, wood production, soil and water conservation etc.. According to the built functional models, the comprehensive multi-function score values(F) of 1034 sub-lots in the studied area were calculated, then the F value was standardized and fi nally the standardized evaluating indicators Fb were obtained. The results show that the forest multi-function management status can be divided into f ive-levels such as optimal, good, medium, bad and extreme bad, every level in the sub-lot were 2, 17, 53, 241, 726 respectively, theirs percentage were 0.19, 1.64, 5.10, 23.20, 69.87 successively; The results of multi-function management conformed to the reality of the studied area and the evaluation effect was ideal, which was suitable for Jiangle county state-owned forest; The research results could specifi cally and accurately refl ect the performance of forest growth and multi-function management benefi ts, so the evaluation system could provide decision-information for forest multi-function management.
