玉米雄穗分枝数Meta-QTL及候选基因分析

摘  要:
雄穗分枝数是影响玉米产量及抗逆性的重要因素之一,挖掘玉米雄穗分枝数相关基因对玉米品种改良及分子标记辅助育种具有重要的意义.借助IBM2 2008 Neighbors高密度玉米遗传图谱整合26篇已发表文献中定位的188个玉米雄穗分枝数QTL,采用元分析方法获得14个Meta-QTL(MQTL),经与水稻花序相关基因同源比对,获得4个玉米雄穗分枝数相关候选基因,分别位于玉米第2、7和8染色体上.玉米雄穗分枝数Meta-QTL及相关候选基因分析,可以为分子标记辅助育种及相关基因克隆提供实用信息.

摘  要:
The tassel branch number is one of the important factors affecting yield and stress resistance in maize.In this study,188 QTLs for maize tassel branch number were integrated from 26 published papers using the IBM2 2008 Neighbors high-density maize genetic map.Meta-analysis was to obtain 14 Meta-QTLs(MQTLs).By comparing with homologous rice inflorescence genes,4 candidate genes related to tassel branch number were identi-fied,located on chromosomes 2,7 and 8.The analysis of Meta-QTLs candidate genes related to the number of tassel branches in maize can provide useful information for molecular marker-assisted breeding and gene cloning.
