摘  要：
农机安全生产是实现农业现代化的重要保障。以2012年的数据为基础,阐述了全国农机事故的总体概况及发生规律,深入分析了农机事故发生的原因及当前农机安全生产面临的问题,指出较低的劳动素质和农机质量是造成事故的主要因素。最后从提高农机操作人员素质和农机装备质量及监管等方面提出了加强农机安全生产的政策建议。

摘  要：
The safety operation of agricultural machinery is the important guarantee to realize agricultural modernization. On the basis of de-tailed data, this paper expounds the general situation and the regularity of agricultural machinery accidents in 2012, the reasons of agricul-tural machinery accident and the present problems faced with safety operation of agricultural machinery are analyzed. It is points out that the low labor quality and poor quality of agricultural machinery is the main factor of the agricultural machinery accident. Finally suggestions on strengthening safety supervision of agricultural machinery work are proposed from aspects of operation personnel quality of agricultural ma-chinery and quality of agricultural machinery and so on.
