基于不同算法的SWMM模型参数率定与应用

摘  要:
由于SWMM模型精度在一定程度上取决于参数率定的过程,为降低人工率定方法的不确定性,本文基于BP神经网络模型,采用T分布优化的麻雀搜索算法改进BP模型,构建出TSSA-BP模型用于SWMM模型参数率定中,将率定后的SWMM模型与其余率定方法进行了对比,并应用于城市雨洪模拟中。结果表明:经TSSA-BP模型率定的SWMM模型在所有率定方法中精度最高,模拟的径流与污染物浓度变化趋势与实测值的一致性最高,可将该模型与SWMM模型共同使用。

摘  要:
Due to the accuracy of the SWMM model being influenced by the calibration process of its parameters,this paper aims to reduce the uncertainty associated with manual calibration methods. In this paper,the BP(Backpropagation)neural network model is improved by incorporating the T-distribution optimized sparrow search algorithm(TSSA)to create the TSSA-BP model for parameter calibration in the SWMM model. The calibrated SWMM model using the TSSA-BP model is compared with other calibration methods and applied to urban stormwater simulation. The results demonstrate that the SWMM model calibrated using the TSSA-BP model exhibits the highest accuracy among all calibration methods. The simulated runoff and pollutant concentration variations show the highest consistency with the measured values. Therefore,the TSSA-BP model can be used in conjunction with the SWMM model for improved performance in urban stormwater modeling.
