破格救心汤对心衰大鼠血小板膜糖蛋白ⅡbⅢa浓度的影响

摘 要：
研究破格救心汤对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠血小板膜糖蛋白ⅡbⅢa(GP-ⅡbⅢa)浓度的影响,探讨其治疗CHF的作用机制。采用阿霉素诱导法复制CHF大鼠模型,随机分为空白组、模型组和破格救心汤组。记录各组大鼠死亡情况和一般情况,并运用ELISA试剂盒检测各组大鼠的GP-ⅡbⅢa浓度。模型组大鼠死亡4只,破格救心汤组和空白组无死亡。模型组大鼠出现鼻唇紫绀、四肢末梢苍白、被毛粗糙变黄、进食减少、行动缓慢等。与模型组比较,破格救心汤组大鼠症状明显减轻,GP-ⅡbⅢa浓度明显降低(P<0.01)。破格救心汤能降低心衰大鼠GP-ⅡbⅢa浓度,减少血栓栓塞性疾病的发生率,这可能是其治疗CHF的作用机制之一。

摘 要：
By investigating the effect of Poge Jiuxin Decoction on the platelet membrane glycoprotein IIbIIIa(GP-IIbIIIa) concentration,we studied its therapeutic mechanism in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).The experimental CHF rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin.The rats were divided into model group and Poge Jiuxin Decoction group and blank group.The rats in Poge Jiuxin Decoction group were given by intragastric administration,and in the other two groups were given water.The death situation and the general situation in each group were recored,the GP-IIbIIIa concentration in all groups were detected by ELISA kit.Compared with model group,the rats in Poge Jiuxin Decoction group significantly improved the symptome of CHF and the motality reduced.The GP-IIbIIIa concentration in model group was higher than that in the blank group(P <0.01),and the GP-IIbIIIa concentration in the Poge Jiuxin Decoction group was significantly decreased(P< 0.01).Poge Jiuxin Decoction can reduce the GP-IIbIIIa concentration in the heart failure rats,this may be one of its therapeutic mechanisms in the treatment of CHF.
