摘 要：
A home-made ELISA kit for detection of Bartonella henselae(Bh)infection in humans was established by using outer membrane proteins.Efficacy of the established ELISA was convinced by comparing with commercial IFA kit.180blood samples from healthy volunteers and 43blood samples from inpatients with lymphadenitis were tested by the method of ELISA.The results showed that 25% out of the180healthy volunteers and 41% out of the 34patients were seropositive with Bh infection.
