摘要：

在当前渔船检验体制机制改革新形势下,通过对渔船柴油机型谱管理现状和问题分析,研究提出应建立农业农村部与交通部相关部门的协调沟通机制、组织开展渔船用柴油机型谱与标识管理规定及相关制度的修订、调整渔船用柴油机型谱管理范围、优化渔船用柴油机标识数字化管理手段、强化实船监督核查力度等对策建议,为行业主管部门实现渔船柴油机型谱的科学管理提供借鉴。

摘要：

Now under the new situation of institutional reform of fishing vessel inspection, through analyzing the status and problems of diesel engine spectrum management in fishing vessel, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, such as a coordination and communication mechanism should be established between Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China and Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China in relevant departments; organizing the revision of management regulations about diesel engine spectrum and identif ication; adjusting the management scope of diesel engine spectrum; optimizing the digital management means of fishing vessel diesel identification; strengthening the strength of supervision and inspection on fishing vessel, so as to provide a scientific management reference for the industry competent departments to diesel engine spectrum in fishing vessel.
