中药益真灵治疗猪增生性肠病和气喘病混合感染病例报告

摘 要：
2022年9月12日，广东省惠来县某猪场育肥猪232头出现临床症状，经聚合酶链式反应（PCR）检测，诊断为胞内劳森氏菌和猪肺炎支原体混合感染，先应用抗生素治疗，效果较差，死亡145头，剩余87头。然后对剩余病猪改用由金荞麦、黄芪多糖、杜仲研制而成的中药益真灵复方制剂治疗，结果康复82头，治愈率为94.25%。治疗结果表明，中药益真灵对感染胞内劳森氏菌和猪肺炎支原体的病猪具有明显的治疗效果。

摘 要：
On September 12, 2022, total of 232 finishing pigs from a pig farm in Huilai County, Guangdong Province developed clinical symptoms. After polymerase chain reaction(PCR) testing, they were diagnosed with infection with Neisseria pneumoniae and mycoplasma hyopreumoniae. Antibiotics were first used for treatment, but the effect was poor. A total of 145 pigs died and 87 pigs remained. Then, the remaining diseased pigs were treated with a traditional Chinese medicine Yizhenling compound formulation developed from buckwheat, astragalus polysaccharides, and Eucommia ulmoides. The results showed that 82 pigs were recovered, with a cure rate of94.25%. The treatment results indicated that the traditional Chinese medicine Yizhenling had a significant therapeutic effect on infected pigs with Neisseria pneumoniae and mycoplasma hyopreumoniae.
