抑制性消减杂交(SSH)、DNA芯片和基因表达系列分析(SAGE)技术都是高效鉴别不同细胞群之间差异表达基因的方法。作者对这3种方法在动物发育与繁殖领域中的最新应用进展作了简要阐述。

摘  要:
Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH),DNA microarray and serial analysis of gene expression(SAGE) are high throughput screening methods to identify differentially expressed genes in organisms.In this review,the recent applications of these methods in the field of animal development and reproduction were introduced.
