摘 要:
本研究对最初的最小培养基(NMM)配方进行改进,培养及发酵的最佳条件表明,最适培养基组成(%):葡萄糖2,蛋白胨0.3,硫酸铵0.1,硫酸锌0.1,硫酸亚铁0.1,氯化钙0.1,PH 6。最适培养条件:25℃,200 R/MIN,500 ML装液量60 ML时效果较好。

摘 要:
The effects of medium composition on the activity of a new antagonistic substances was studied.It seems that the optimal conditions as the medium(%) was composed of glucose 2,peptone 0.3,(NH_4)_2SO_4 0.1,ZnSO_4 0.1,FeSO_40.1,CaCl_2 0.1,pH 6.The optimum fermentation condition for the strain: the optimum temperature was 25℃,500 mL shake bottle filled with 60 mL liquid medium,the agitation speed was 200 r/min.
