新红星苹果果实细胞膨大期及成熟期乙烯生成的变化

摘  要:
测定了新红星苹果果实细胞膨大期及成熟期(盛花后50-140天)乙烯生物合成的变化,结果表明,盛花后120天之前果实乙烯释放率很低,之后迅速增加。果实不同部位的ACC、MACC含量随果实成熟而增加,并且果皮中含有较高的ACC、MACC含量。果实成熟时乙烯形成酶活性提高。本文就果实的发育与乙烯生成的关系做了讨论。

摘  要:
The changes of ethylene biosynthesis during cell-expaasion and mature stage (50 to 140 days after full bloom (DAFB),In 'Sturkrimson' apple fruit were determined. It was shown, the ethylene production rate of fruit changed less before 120 DAFB, then it increased rapidly, and the content of 1-aminncyc opropane-1-earboxylic acid (ACC) and 1-(malonylamino) cyclopropane-1-carhoxylic acid (MACC) increased during the fruit maturity. There were higher contents of ACC and MACC in fruit peel. The activity of ethylene forming enzyme (EFE) increased during fruit maturity. The relation between ethylene and fruit development is also discussed.
