哈尔滨农业产业技术创新联盟稳定性研究

摘  要：
为了推进哈尔滨农业产业技术创新联盟(下文简称联盟)的健康良性发展,基于已有文献研究和专家意见,设计了包括23个指标的联盟稳定性影响因素调查问卷,运用SPSS17.0统计软件对所收集数据进行因子分析,提取出4个影响哈尔滨农业产业技术创新联盟稳定性的公共因子。结果表明:双方实力水平、组织文化、合作关系、联盟环境因素影响哈尔滨农业产业技术创新联盟的稳定性。在此基础上,提出了提高联盟稳定性的对策建议,以期促进联盟合作的全面开展,进而促进哈尔滨农业的健康可持续发展。

摘  要：
In order to promote the healthy development of Harbin agriculture industry technology innovational liance(hereinafter referred to as the alliance), based on the existed literature research and expert advice, the author designed the questionnaire which included 23 indicators of the alliance stability influencing factors.Then, the author used the SPSS17.0 statistical software for factor analysis of the collected data, and extracted 4public factors that influence the stability of the Harbin agriculture industry technology innovation alliance. The results showed that: the strength level, organizational culture, cooperation relations and alliance environmental factors affected the stability of Harbin agriculture industry technology innovation alliance. On this basis, the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the stability of the alliance, in order to promote the comprehensive development of the alliance cooperation and promote the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture in Harbin.
