摘 要：
Local literatures are closely related to regional culture, the culture is the original material of the literatures, while the contents that the local literatures collected reflect the face of the region. Based on the analysis of the regional culture characteristics and its relation with local literatures, the article had proposed several advice for improving the work of local literatures while the regional culture is developing.
