基于农户视角的科技服务需求模式研究

摘  要：
农户作为农业科技成果的最终应用者,其对科技服务的需求意愿、需求模式,直接影响着科技服务的成效.该研究从农户视角出发,剖析农业科技服务与农户需求的因果关系,调查农户的需求意愿,探索农户的需求模式.结果表明,种植规模在6.67hm~2以上的农户对科技的需求意愿达到95%以上,对技术的需求类型集中在病虫害防治,需求区间在50%~72%;需求方式集中在面对面指导方式,达到60.89%;影响科技服务的因素重点是农户缺乏相应技能,达到55.1%.为满足农户的多元化需求,从创新服务模式、培养实用型人才、培育应用型科技成果、转变服务方式等方面提出了相应的对策建议,以期推动农业科技与农户的无缝对接,为农业科研工作的顺利实施奠定基础.

摘  要：
Farmers are the ultimate application of agricultural science and technology services. Farmers' demand for technology services and demand patterns directly affect the effectiveness of science and technology services. From the perspective of peasant households, this paper analyzes the differences between agricultural science and technology services and peasant farms' demand, investigates peasant households' demand willingness, and explores peasant farms' demand patterns. The results show that the farmers' desire for science and technology is more than 95%, the pest control of the demand range is 50%～72%, and the demand mode is focused on face-to-face guidance, reaching60.89%. The key factor affecting science and technology service is that farmers lack corresponding skills, reaching55.1%. In order to meet the diversified needs of farmers, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of innovating service modes, training practical talents, cultivating applied scientific and technological achievements, and changing service modes. It promotes the seamless docking of agricultural science and technology with farmers, and lays a foundation for the smooth implementation of agricultural scientific research.
