摘 要：
加工订货作为中国对民族资本主义工业进行社会主义改造的初级形式,对加强国营经济同上海棉纺织私营工业联系合作上起到至关重要的作用,为公私合营奠定基础。文章研究加工订货在上海棉纺织工业的社会主义改造中的提出、实行及影响作用,以期将上海棉纺织工业的社会主义改造中加工订货的历史意义较完整地呈现出来。
