干旱胁迫对臭椿4种源幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]为我国西部地区森林植被建设中的种苗调拨、营林实践提供理论指导。[方法]设置4个土壤含水量水平W1、W2、W3、W4,处理臭椿苗木盆栽,测定干旱胁迫对臭椿4种源幼苗生长及其生理的影响。[结果]不同土壤含水量水平对幼苗苗高的影响显著(P<0.05),随着土壤含水量水平的增加幼苗苗高呈增高趋势,在W1、W2水平下,苗高增量最大的是宁夏平罗、河南宝丰种源的幼苗;不同种源间、不同土壤含水量水平间的幼苗地径增量差异极显著(P<0.01);不同土壤含水量水平下,山东鲁中、河南宝丰种源的臭椿幼苗的质膜透性、叶绿素含量、MDA含量等的变化幅度较小,POD活性较高,表现出较强的抗旱特性。[结论]4个种源中,山东鲁中种源幼苗的抗旱性强,其次为河南宝丰种源,宁夏平罗、北京密云种源幼苗的抗旱性较弱;臭椿幼苗可忍耐的干旱程度在轻度干旱与中度干旱之间。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical guide for seedlings allocation and forest culture in forest construction in the west of China.[Method] Four levels(W1,W2,W3,W4) of Ailanthus altissima soil moisture were setted and the physiology and growth characteristics of four provenances of Ailanthus altissima were measured.[Results] The effects of different soil moisture on the height of seedlings was significant(P<0.05).The height of seedlings increased with the increasing of soil moisture.[Conclusion] Among the four provenances of Ailanthus altissima,seedlings of "Shandongluzhong" had the strongest drought resistance,"Henanbaofeng" followed."Ningxiapingluo" and "Beijingmiyun" seedlings had weaker drought resistance.Seedlings of Ailanthus altissima could resist the drought between slightly and moderately.
