种植因素控制小松菜速冻加工产品褐变试验

摘  要:
为了有效控制小松菜速冻加工产品的褐变,研究了种植因素对小松菜速冻加工产品褐变的影响规律.试验结果表明,控制出口小松菜速冻加工产品原料菜的栽培技术措施对小松菜加工褐变率有较大影响,其中,种植田块土壤pH值在8.0以上,选越冬季栽培,生产用种选择极乐天原种,在小松菜株高25、30 cm时各喷施1次0.5%磷酸二氢钾叶面肥,对控制小松菜速冻加工产品褐变效果较好,可作为控制小松菜速冻加工产品褐变的栽培技术措施.

摘  要:
In order to control browning of frozen komatsuna effectively,we studied the influence rules of planting factors on browning of frozen komatsuna.The results showed that,controlling the cultivation measures of raw materials for frozen komatsuna influenced the browning rate greatly.And suitable cultivation measures for controlling browning rate were as follows: choosing the fields with the pH value above 8.0,using Jiletian basic seeds,spraying 0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate while the plant height were 25 cm and 30 cm respectively,planting in winter and harvesting in next spring.
