图书馆流通阅览开架管理,符合以人为本和读者第一的要求,是现代图书馆的发展方向。但开架借阅以后,新的问题也随之出现,使开架借阅受到一定的困扰。文章在阐述开架管理现状基础上,提出了进一步做好图书馆开架管理的对策。

Management of open-shelf books circulation accords with the principle of readers first, and is the development orientation of modern libraries.. After implementing open-shelf books circulation, there have appear new problems and the practice is restricted. This paper has discussed the conditions of open-shelf books circulation management, and put forward countermeasures for a better library open shelf management.
