摘 要:
本文建立了生物检材中氟乙酸钠(或氟乙酸 )用芳香胺进行衍生 ,GC/NPD、TLC及GC/MS测定衍生物的方法。选择了最佳衍生化条件 ,考查了有关有机酸、食物及空白生物脏器的干扰情况。在胃内容中加入5.0μg氟乙酸钠 ,回收率为89.9 % ,RSD为5.14% ,最小检测限为0.2μg/g;在肝组织中加入10 .0μg的氟乙酸钠 ,回收率为83.5% ,RSD为8.14% ,最小检测限为0.4μg/g;用TLC法分析其衍生物 ,灵敏度为0.5~1.0μg。用研究的方法对氟乙酸钠中毒死亡的兔脏器及中毒案件检材进行检验 ,效果较好

摘 要:
In this study on analytical method of sodium fluoroacetate(fluoroacetate acid)derivatives has been established, aromatic amine is used as derivatives and product is analyzed with GC/NPD and TLC.A optimize condition has been selected,while considering the disturbation of relative organic acid,foods and blank biologicals.The recovery in stomach content reaches 89.9% with 0.5μg of sodium fluoroacetate,RSD 5.14% respectively,and the least limit of detection is 0.2 μg/g; the one in liver reaches 83.3% with 10.0μg of sodium fluoroacetate,RSD 8.14%, the least limit of detection is 0.4μg/g.in the analysis of TLC,the sensitatlon range between 0.5~l.0 μg. The result using the estblished method in poisoning cases shows satisfactory.
