术中静推安定致局部疼痛及静脉炎的预防

摘 要：
手术中静注血管活性药物及麻醉辅助药往往可引起局部疼痛，甚至静脉炎 ， 尤其是安定。现将我院 1999年施行硬膜外麻醉病人抽取 80例，随机分成阻滞区域的实验 组与非阻滞区域的对照组，在两组中静注此类药物引起局部疼痛及静脉炎进行比较，经统计 学处理，差异有显著性。结果表明：在术中阻滞区域使用安定可有效预防和缓解注射部位 疼 痛及静脉炎的发生。

摘 要：
In an operation ,the active drug for intravenous injection in bl oo d vessel and the auxiliary drug of anesthesia,especially diazepam usually lead to local pain and even phlebitis.Eighty people are taken from the patients who are gotten epidural anesthesia in 1999 and divided into two teams── block area and non－ block area. There exists significant difference by comparison with t h e rate of the patients who got local pain and phlebitis when the two kinds of dr ug are intravenously injected in the two teams blood vessel and by statistica lly dealing . It can be proved that the treatment of diazepam in block area dur ing an operation can effectively prevent and relieve pain and phlebitis in the injec tion area.
