烟草灰霉病菌对3种杀菌剂的敏感性

摘  要:
从福建省6个烟区的烟草灰霉病叶上分离得到30株菌株,通过形态学及分子生物学方法对其进行鉴定,并采用菌丝生长速率法测定杀菌剂腐霉利、异菌脲及嘧霉胺对这些菌株菌丝生长的抑制效果,计算有效抑制中浓度(EC50)值,进而评价分离菌株对杀菌剂的敏感性.结果表明:分离的30株烟草灰霉病菌菌株均为灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea Pers.);其对供试的3种药剂均敏感.其中,异菌脲对菌丝生长的抑制活性最强,EC50平均值为0.71μg·mL-1;腐霉利和嘧霉胺对菌丝生长的EC50平均值分别为0.91和0.96μg·mL-1.

摘  要:
Thirty strains of pathogen, isolated from tobacco gray mold leaves sampled from 6 tobacco-growing areas in Fujian Province, were identified using morphological and molecular biology methods. Then the inhibitory effects of 3 fungicides, procymidone, iprodione and pyrimethanil, on the isolated strains were evaluated using mycelial growth rate method. Lastly, the effective concentration(EC_(50)) of the agent on mycelial growth was calculated to evaluate the sensitivity of the pathogen to the fungicides. The results showed that all the strains belong to Botrytis cinerea, which were sensitive to the 3 fungicides. Iprodione exerted the highest inhibitory effect on B.cinerea, with the average EC_(50) being 0.71 μg·mL~(-1), followed by procymidone and pyrimethanil with the average EC_(50) being 0.91 and 0.96 μg·mL~(-1), respectively.
