贵州草地生态畜牧业产业化科技扶贫项目实施现状与对策

摘  要:
2007年以来,贵州陆续在43个县实施草地生态畜牧业产业化科技扶贫项目,以推动贵州省生态畜牧业发展,兼顾农村扶贫及石漠化生态治理。为了解贵州草地生态畜牧业产业化科技扶贫项目的实施情况,通过实地调研发现,各县在项目实施过程中,在学习"晴隆模式"的基础上根据本县的情况进行了运作模式的调整;尽管项目进展较快,但在运行机制、技术推广及技术服务、草场管护及风险管理上仍然存在一些问题,就这些问题进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。

摘  要:
The industrialization of the grassland ecological stockbreeding of the scientific and technological supports deficient project was gradually carried out in 43 counties of Guizhou province since 2007 to promote the development of ecological stockbreeding and give consideration to both the rural poverty alleviation and ecological treatment on desertification.The investigation and research aimed at knowing the implement situation of the industrialization of the grassland ecological stockbreeding showed that on the basis of studying "Qinglong Model",every county had adjusted the operation model according to their own local conditions in varying degrees.Althrough much headway was made in the project,there were still some problems in operation model,technical extension and technical service,grassland protection and risk management.The problems were analyzed and the relative policy suggestions were proposed in this paper.
