甲壳素生产废水集约化处理技术

摘  要:
甲壳素生产废水是以海洋生物蛋白有机污染为主的高浓度有机废水,具有污染负荷高、色度高和盐度高的特点。由于甲壳素生产过程中各部分废水污染程度和处理难度相差很大,试验采用混凝+微网处理/UBF/好氧联合工艺进行分质处理。结果表明,该集约化技术对甲壳素生产废水有良好的处理效果,出水COD平均为263 mg/L,平均去除率达到82%,生产工艺用水减少约40%,且后续废水量大大减少,具有明显的环境与经济效益。

摘  要:
Chitin production wastewater was high concentration organic wastewater which was mainly composed of marine proteins,with the characteristics of high pollution load,high color and high salinity.Since the pollution degree and the disposal difficulty in different production process varied greatly,chitin production wastewater had been treated by coagulation+micro-net/ UBF /aerobic treatment separately according to different water qualities.Results showed that the intensive treatment technology had a good effect.The average effluent COD was 263 mg/L,the average removal rate reached 82%,the process water could be reduced by about 40%,and the volume of follow-upwaste water could be reduced significantly,which had obvious environmental and economic benefits.
