小试级沼气膜精制组件结构设计及试验研究

摘 要:
本研究目的为将林区分散沼气工程的沼气提质作为天然气级燃料使用,为偏远林区用能提供新思路。研究采用多级气体回流脱碳工艺,设计处理气量5.5 m3/h的小试级沼气分离膜组件;应用化工原理计算膜组件膜芯中膜丝的用量,设计膜壳体参数;借助solidworks软件进行膜壳体3D建模并模拟受压工况进行静力学分析;最后应用机加技术加工出膜组件进行实验研究。研究结果表明:在常温进气压力为1.0MPa时,若只采用一级膜组件精制沼气,渗透气侧的CH4含量约48%,回收率低;若是采用二级膜组件串联精制沼气,甲烷纯度可高达95.52%,回收率大于75%。实验得出采用多级气体回流脱碳工艺设计的小试级沼气分离膜组件,当压力增大时,应用二级膜组件串联可以将原始初步净化沼气中甲烷浓度精制提升到我国车用燃气标准。

摘 要:
The purpose of this study is to use the biogas upgrading of biogas project in forest area as natural gas grade fuel,and to provide new ideas for the use of energy in remote forest areas. In this paper,a multi-stage gas reflux decarburization process was used to design a small scale biogas separation membrane module for the treatment of 5. 5 m~3/h. The amount of membrane in the membrane core was calculated by chemical principle and the membrane shell parameters were designed. The 3 D model of membrane shell was modeled by Solid Works software and static analysis under simulated compression condition was carried out. Finally,the experiments were carried out with manufactured membrane module. The results showed that,under the normal temperature with inlet pressure 1. 0 MPa,the concentration of CH_4 in the osmotic side was about 48% and the recovery rate was low if only the first stage membrane module was used to purify biogas. If a secondary membrane component was used in tandem refining biogas,the purity of CH_4 could be up to 95. 52% and the CH_4 recovery rate was greater than 75%. A small scale biogas separation membrane module designed by multi-stage gas reflux decarburization process could be got from the experiment. When the intake pressure increased,the application of the secondary membrane component in series can purify the methane concentration in the primary purified biogas to the standard of the vehicle gas in our country.
