微生物法检测特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中叶酸含量的研究

摘  要:
[目的]分析和探讨微生物方法在特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中叶酸含量测定中的应用。[方法]利用微生物法对5类不同基质特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中叶酸含量及回收率进行检测,分析其精密度和准确度。[结果]5类不同基质特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中叶酸含量检测较稳定,加标回收率90.0%~108.8%,相对标准偏差1.05%~2.40%。[结论]微生物法检测特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中叶酸含量具有较高的准确度,在符合国标的前提下,验证了标准的合理性,为我国特殊医学用途婴儿配方食品中叶酸含量测定提供科学参考。

摘  要:
[Objective]To analyze and explore the application of microbiological methods in the determination of folic acid in infant formula for special medical purposes.[Method]The content and recovery of folic acid in five kinds of infant formula with different substrates for special medical purposes were detected by microbiological method,and the precision and accuracy of the results were analyzed. [Result]The detection stability of folic acid in infant formula for special medical purposes with five different matrices is good.The recovery rate of standard addition is between 90.0%~108.8%.The relative standard deviation is 1.05%~2.40%.[Conclusion]Microbiological methods for detecting folic acid content in infant formula for special medical purposes have high sensitivity and accuracy. Under the premise of meeting the national standard,the rationality of the standard is verified,which provides a scientific reference for the determination of folic acid content in infant formula for special medical purposes in China.
