3911例体检者血脂异常患病率及相关危险因素分析

摘  要:
目的:对3 911名健康体检者血脂及其相关危险因素分析,了解公众的血脂情况,探讨影响血脂的危险因素。方法:选取2009—2012年健康体检者3 911名,对其进行问卷调查,并对血脂情况进行统计分析。结果:血脂异常检出率为62.5%。高总胆固醇、高甘油三酯检出率在性别间和各年龄组间患病率差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。肉类、甜食、油炸食品的食用频率与血脂异常有显著正相关(P<0.05),鱼及海产品和奶类是血脂的强保护因素(P<0.05)。吸烟、曾经或现在患有贫血与血脂异常有显著正相关(P<0.05),曾经或现在患有高血压或痛风与血脂异常显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:部分体检者饮食结构和生活方式不合理,存在危险因素,应从饮食结构、生活习惯等方面对其进行健康教育,及早预防血脂异常的发生。

摘  要:
【Objective】 To understand the prevalence of dyslipidemia and explore associated risk factors. 【Method】 A total of 3911 people who were taking physical examination were investigated between 2009 and 2012,and the blood lipid were tested for statistic analysis. 【Result】 Totally 62. 5% of the respondents were tested dyslipidemia with significant difference between sex and age groups of TC and TG( P < 0. 05). The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that meat,dessert and fried food intake were also significant risk factors of dyslipidemia( P < 0. 05),while milk and fish consumption could decrease the risk( P < 0. 05). Smoke and anemia were significant risk factors of dyslipidemia( P < 0. 05),while hypertension and DM could decrease the risk( P < 0. 05). 【Conclusion】 Some respondents were living unhealthy life with many risk factors,so health education were urgent to prevent dyslipidemia as early as possible.
