太白山国家森林公园索道对植物多样性的影响

摘  要：
以公园索道下方及两侧的植被为研究对象,运用典型样地法,在索道下方的各段设置干扰样地4块,分别在4块干扰样地一侧水平距离50m或近无人干扰处设置对照样地4块,样地面积为20m×20m,在每块样地中又各设5个5m×5m的灌木样方和5个1m×1m的草本样方,对干扰样地和对照样地的植物群落进行对比调查,从物种组成、重要值、α多样性指数三方面进行统计与分析。结果表明:与对照样地相比,干扰样地中总体物种数量多了16种,为63种;干扰样地中总体物种数量与组成变化明显;物种多样性指数变化明显,其中草本物种的α多样性指数(R、Dmc、H′、H、J)变化显著(p<0.05),灌木、乔木和总体物种各多样性指数变化不显著。太白国家森林公园索道对植物多样性造成了明显的影响。

摘  要：
In order to have a clear understanding of the impacts of cableway on plant diversity in Taibai Mountain National Forest Park,and to provide theoretical reference for cableway construction and management,the plant groups below and along the both side of cableway in Taibai Mountain National Forest Park were chosen to carry out comparative research based on establishing typical reference land unit.Four disturbed quadrats of 20 m×20 m in size were set in each section below the cableway and 4 corresponding control quadrats of the same size were also made in the spots that was located in a horizontal distance of 50 m or the spots nearby that were not disturbed by human activities.Five shrub samples of 5 m×5 m in size and 5 herb samples of 1 m×1 m in size were made in each quadrat.Such aspects as composition of species,importance value,and α diversity index were surveyed and analyzed in comparative method.The results showed that the total number of species in disturbed quadrats were 63,16 more than that of control quadrats;there was obvious changes in number and composition of the species,and also in diversity indices of species,among which the changes of α diversity index(R,Dmc,H′,H,J)of herb species were significant(p<0.05),whereas the diversity index of shrub,arbor and total species showed little changes.The results proves that the cableway exerts an obvious impacts on plant diversity in the park.
