移动式颗粒饲料加工机组上料系统的改进与优化

摘  要:
为了提高畜牧业饲料生产中上料系统的生产效率,研究针对内蒙古地区某企业生产的移动式颗粒饲料加工机组,对其上料系统进行改进与优化,将PLC(programmable logic controller)、触摸屏、远程通讯等控制技术与传感器技术引入到移动式颗粒饲料加工机组上料系统中代替继电器控制,实时监控料仓中物料堆积高度、饲料的运输速率及轴承温度等情况。结果表明:在上料系统中使用激光传感器解决了物料堆积高度检测不准的问题;电流变送器和转速编码器解决了物料传输速率监测不准的问题;电流变送器实现了实时监测输送电机的运行电流;温度传感器实现了实时监测轴承的运行温度;触摸屏和远程监控平台实现了本地和远程两种实时监控方式。说明采用PLC、触摸屏、远程监控平台等技术提高了上料系统的自动化管理水平,使上料系统更完善,同时能够有效降低人工成本,极大地提高了移动式颗粒饲料加工机组的生产效益并降低工作人员人身风险。

摘  要:
In order to improve the production efficiency of the feeding system in animal husbandry feed production, in this study, the feeding system for a mobile pellet feed processing unit produced by an enterprise in Inner Mongolia was improved and optimized. The control technology and sensor technology such as PLC, touch screen and remote communication were introduced into the feeding system of mobile pellet feed processing unit to replace relay control, so as to achieve real-time monitoring of accumulation height of materials in silo, bearing temperature and feed transportation rate. The results showed that the use of laser sensors in the feeding system solved the problem of inaccurate detection of material accumulation height; the problem of material transmission rate was solved by using current transmitter and rotary encoder; the real-time monitoring of the running current of the conveying motor was realized by using the current transmitter; the temperature sensor was used to monitor the running temperature of the bearing in real time; the touch screen and remote monitoring platform were used to realize two real-time monitoring methods(local and remote). The results indicated that the use of PLC, touch screen, remote monitoring platform and other technologies improved the automatic management level of the feeding system, which made the feeding system more perfect, and could effectively reduce the labor cost, greatly improve the production efficiency of the mobile pellet feed processing unit and reduce the personal risk of the staff.
