新广黄公鸡生长曲线的拟合分析

摘  要:
[目的]研究新广黄公鸡体重的生长规律及其与胫长的相关性,并对其进行生长曲线拟合及相关性研究.[方法]对300只1~56日龄新广黄公鸡进行饲养试验,测定1、14、28、42和56日龄新广黄公鸡的体重和胫长等指标.[结果]新广黄公鸡Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy生长模型的拟合度分别为0.991、0.996和0.998,拐点体重分别为598.45、627.82和740.24 g,拐点日龄分别为40、42和47日龄.新广黄公鸡14、28、42和56日龄体重与胫长呈正相关(P<0.01),56日龄新广黄公鸡体重与胫长的相关系数为0.919.[结论] Bertalanffy生长曲线模型适合拟合新广黄公鸡的生长曲线(R~2=0.998),初步揭示了新广黄公鸡的生长发育规律和生长特征,为新广黄鸡选育、生产和黄羽肉鸡产业发展提供科学依据.

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the growth profiles of body weight and its correlation with shank length of Xinguang yellow-feather cock, and fit its growth curve and study its correlation. [Method] 300 1-56-day-old Xinguang yellow-feather cocks were selected and measured body weights and shank length at 1-day-old, 14-day-old, 28-day-old, 42-day-old and 56-day-old. [Result] The fitness values of Logistic, Gompertz and Bertalanffy growth models were 0.991, 0.996 and 0.998, respectively;the inflection weights were 598.45, 627.82 and 740.24 g respectively and the inflection ages were 40, 42 and 47 day-age, respectively. There was a positive correlation between body weight and shank length at 14-day-age, 28-day-age, 42-day-age and 56-day-age(P < 0.01), and the correlation coefficient between body weight and shank length at 56-day-age was 0.919. [Conclusion] Bertalanffy growth curve model was suitable for the growth curve of Xinguang Yellow-feather cock(R~2=0.998). It preliminarily revealed the growth and development profiles and growth characteristics of Xinguang yellow-feather cock, and provided scientific basis for the breeding, production and development of yellow feather broiler industry.
